A creativity explosion occurred after 11 years in the Corporate World, while on Mat leave in 2008. It is said, once you discover what you are meant to do, you can barely think about anything else.
And so this exciting desire, passion, and goal has been set by Jewelry Designer & Glass Artist from Kelowna, BC Canada, Sarah Simpson Byrne aka SIMS, is to hear the words… “Is that a SIMS?”
Immediate popularity and custom orders were amazing for this bound to be entrepreneur. With a decade of assisting Business Owners as a Chartered Insurance Professional, along with a 6 year membership to an organization known to be Entrepreneurs in Action, The Junior Chamber International (JCI, Okanagan Chapter), among many great social groups and networking.
To believe it all started with finding gorgeous colored glass from the 1970's in her Moms past craft box. Glass is a favorite to work with and where it all began for Glass Art by SIMS! From necklaces as Christmas presents to friends, then compliments, custom orders, a website, quickly selling in local stores, requests to be in more City’s and invitations to show’s.
