1.How do I customize an order? Any additional costs? Time-line?
Simple send an email with details such as length, size, and colour of item you would like (Easily right click item to email the item and specify details) No additional costs for customization. Custom orders made within 2-9 days plus shipping time. Rush requests accepted for gifting for specific times.

2) What shipping method do you use?
Canada Post, Fedex, UPS, or the most economical service is used depending on your required delivery time and location. If you have a shipper of choice, please specify with your order.

3.How do you calculate the shipping cost?
Canada Orders: Great rates of $3.99 1 item or $2.99 for 2+ items.
US Orders: $5.99 1 item, or $3.99 2 + items.
Everywhere else: $8.99 or $6.99 2+ items ( Subject to location shipping review - Email glassartbysims@gmail.com your City, Postal Code, and items you would like, and confirmation of shipping rates will be confrmed) Taxes and boarder crossing fees for your area may vary, and is the responsibility of the buyer)

4.Do you offer sales and discounts?
SIMS is always on SALE! However, extra special sales a few times a year are listed on the site, and offered on the facebook fan page. Click to join. Plus referrals give you credits – see referral section at bottom of main page.

5.How long does it take to get my order?
If the piece you order is in stock, usually within 3-10 days within North America. Any International shipping may take up to 14 days. The method of delivery you choose and it’s destination may have a slight impact on exact delivery date. You will receive a shipment confirmation email.

6.Where are your products made?
95% of items are designed, handcrafted, and put together in Kelowna, BC Canada. (Support North American Workers) Supplies and chains are not manufactured in certain overseas Countries due to the possibility of lead, SIMS avoids this chance for your metal safety.

7.Retail Stores: Is there a minimum order amount?

8.Payment Methods Accepted?
Paypal, Visa and Mastercard on-line or by phone 1-250-878-5784. For International clients; due to experience with fraud, additional information may be required prior to shipment or money transfers are accepted.

9.Do you have a catalog that you can send?

10)Which currency are your items priced in?
CND except on Etsy USD are published. PST for local customers is additional. (Prices on SIMS site in CND override Etsy pricing due to constant currency fluctuations)

11.What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us within fifteen (15) days of receipt for a store credit or your full refund. Items must be returned in unused condition. We are not responsible for the shipping cost of an item being returned. **No returns on final sale items.
