If the piece you order is in stock, usually within 3-10 days within North America. Any International shipping may take up to 14 days. The method of delivery you choose and it’s destination may have a slight impact on exact delivery date. You will receive a shipment confirmation email.

8. How do I care for the Jewelry?

Silver is like a white t-shirt, sometimes it needs a quick polish or dip to return it looking new.

What is great about SIMS jewelry is the protective finish that can keep the natural tendency of silver to oxidize (tarnish) at bay. All you need to do is wipe down your piece with a dry, 100% cotton cloth (included with your purchase) to remove any impurities that may have gathered when wearing.

Just a few tips to ensure the lacquer finish remains intact. Please keep your piece away from water, chemical jewelry cleaners, treated polishing cloths, perfumes, hairspray, lotions, hand-sanitizers and make-up. Any of these items can damage the protective lacquer and cause tarnishing to occur. Let your SIMS piece be the last item you put on in the morning. It is also best to tuck your cherished item away when not wearing.

15. My SIMS jewelry piece looks like it's turning dark, what can I do?

Just remember the easy tip on how to keep your SIMS jewelry clean. All you need to do is use a 100% cotton cloth (one was included with your purchase) and a little elbow grease. Wiping your item down with the cloth should remove any impurities or darkening that can occur from wearing the item. Also treating your jewelry with silver cleaners, water, or polishing cloths can remove the protective lacquer and cause the item to darken or a great method with baking soda & tin foil follow...
