Discontinued or Out of Stock Items
In the event that an item you order is discontinued or out of stock, you will be notified via email shortly thereafter with the options of either buying another item instead, such as the replacement product, or cancelling your order without a penalty.
Refunds
We will be glad to issue you a refund (less shipping) for any item that you are not happy with. To receive a refund, you MUST email Service within 14 days of the shipping date to receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number and Return Address. Once you receive a (RA), you MUST return the item in its original unused condition (including attached tags) with the Return Authorization clearly marked on the package and a copy of the invoice.
Note: NO returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Any jewelry returned damaged will not be accepted. We recommend using the original packing materials and insuring the item. If, however, an item is damaged in route to you, please notify us immediately and we will arrange to have the damaged item picked up and we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.
